Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00am – 2:00pm. For your convenience, we also offer in home consultations and have evening appointments available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Yes, when trying to decide on the right floor for your home Woodboys encourages you to check out up to three samples from our showroom.
Does Woodboys offer delivery?
Yes. We offer delivery of your wood flooring and accessories, pricing varies depending on location.
What are Woodboys’ payment methods?
Woodboys accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa). Special financing options with approved credit are also available through Wells Fargo.

No, your personal information will not be distributed or sold to anyone. The information you provide is only for transactions that occur between you, the customer, and Woodboys, the retailer.
What kind of customer satisfaction guarantee, or warranty, does Woodboys offer?
Woodboys will make every effort to insure your satisfaction with our products and service. In all events, however, our liability is limited to replacement of the merchandise or the invoice value of any material deemed unsatisfactory prior to installation.
